Shipping & Delivery Policy

At PawSmile.net, we know how excited you and your furry friends are to receive your pet essentials! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard express shipping options to ensure your items arrive safely. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will email you a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s status at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@pawsmile.net. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and package, and contact us right away at support@pawsmile.net so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your residence and with neighbors before reaching out to our support team.
